In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered some cut flowers in an arrangement for a funeral service. I wanted to support a local florist here in Port Colborne. I asked for something more country/meadow rather than the typical and they came through for me wonderfully. So pleased with the arrangement. They even made time to send me a pic of the arrangement before delivering it so I could send it to family members who were not able to attend but whose names were on the arrangement. I am very happy and satisfied with the lovely flower arrangement you made for Tabea Milbrand in Port Colborne. She loved them very much, and so did I. Tabea sent me an email with the picture, lovely! Great experience from start to finish. I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother for her birthday. When they arrived she called and said they were the nicest flowers she had EVER received…and I send flowers to her a couple of times each year. The person who took my order was incredibly nice and helpful. They also called to let me know what they planned on using for the arrangement. The flowers were delivered within a couple of hours as well. Nice staff and great job on the arrangement.

Ordered online and had them delivered to a friend . I saw a picture of them and they were beautiful. They were delivered within two hours of putting in my order. Very impressive.
